The check-in was a bit confusing, and my room lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable at times. Overall, I enjoyed the beautiful views, but some aspects definitely need improvement. 😕

I recently stayed at the Marsden Viaduct Hotel for two nights. While I enjoyed the great location near the marina and appreciated the spacious room, my experience was overshadowed by several issues. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was inadequate, and my requests for basic amenities were ignored.

The Superior King Room was spacious and comfortable, but I found it odd that the beds weren't split as I requested. My friend ended up on a trundler bed, which was not ideal. Additionally, the room lacked blackout curtains, making it difficult to sleep in as it got quite bright early.
